    Place 7 lbs of water into mixer bowl. Add 50 lbs of Brownie Mix to mixer bowl. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Add 3 lbs 8 oz of water to mixer bowl while mixing on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl well. Mix on low speed for 2 ½ minutes. Deposit into desired size pans. Bake at 300-325°F in Rack Oven for 25-30 minutes.
